Great app for improving strength and endurance with body weight excercises. Nice that I can create my custom workout based on the existing excercises.

Some bad moments

Seriously pathetic that, as of March 7 2013, an app like this one has NO support for the iPhone 5 screen. One star JUST for that. I reserve an update on the actual "program" once the app is fully compatible with the iPhone 5 screen.
This is a high-quality app with a detailed meal plan, innovative and yet very effective exercises, and the cover photo (almost) makes me want to permanently quit eating cookies and ice cream so I can get that ripped.
Many buttons in this app are unresponsive to the touch (e.g.: the "return to previous screen" button). I was also looking for a bit more of guidance: Am I supposed to do the workout once following the default setup of the app, or repeat a set several times? Or, to make it harder should I just increase the time of each exercise?
I love the changes that you made on it, now you can see the video example while waiting or during the activity. Really recommendable!
Useful, well designed app. Challenging, well illustrated exercises and workouts.
This is a great app for those who are looking to get fit. You don’t have to be a fitness pro to be able to do the exercises. On the contrary, it shows you how to do each exercise. There are three levels and each last 5 mins. It can be done anywhere; could it be better? Yes. Also includes a meal plan. No excuses. This app as well as HIIT and 6 Pack Abs are killers!!! Must get them all!!!!
